How long does my order take to ship?

Your order will be shipped in 3-5 business days unless it is a made to order item, then your item may take longer to ship but we will communicate the time frame to you and keep you posted on updates

Do you offer international shipping? 

We are moving as quickly as possible to be able to offer international shipping, but at this moment right now we only ship to USA and USA bases.

What is your return policy? 

Because these are handmade items we do offer returns if the product is damaged or defective on out end. We will offer a refund or exchange in the event that something went wrong. The defective or damaged item will need to either be returned to us or pictures to be sent to our email address jackson@chiloquinunique.com within 30 days
